The service we have. and continue to receive. from both Chris and Diane. is exceptional to say the least. Chris has gone the extra mile on more occasions than I can easily name to be sure we are satisfied with his service. Diane takes our many questions in stride, and always provides exactly what we are looking for. even when we aren\'t even sure what it is. After a thorough review of the available companies and copiers. and several interviews and presentations, it was decided to go with Yuma Office Equipment, utilizing the State of Arizona Contract. Since we made the switch in copiers. we are experiencing no errors in billing and great service. Before the change, it was a monthly issue. with lost invoices and late charges. Service was slow and at times. did not handle the problem. With the new contracts. we can bill everything to a Purchasing Card which also gives us the option to split out the individual charges to multiple accounts. We are a very large organization. with many campuses. spread out from San Luis to Parker; Chris has never once indicated that the immense amount of time and travel required of him in the set up and continued handling of the accounts was any kind of issue. He is an amazing representative to work with, and we count ourselves lucky to have him handling our accounts.

Beware of Toner Pirates!
Dear Clients:
Every week we receive messages from customers concerned about strange telephone calls from someone representing himself as "Craig Crossland" of the "Mesa, Arizona branch of Yuma Office Equipment"! The caller tells our clients there is going to be an "enormous price increase in their copier supplies" and states "this is the last chance to purchase these supplies at the regular price". BEWARE! THIS CALLER IS NOT CONNECTED WITH YUMA OFFICE EQUIPMENT. These people are "toner pirates" and they are here to steal your money.
Our clients know that Yuma Office Equipment is locally owned and operated - we have no "branches" in other cities. In most cases, when you have a maintenance agreement with our office, your labor, parts and supplies (except for paper) are included. These fraudulent "toner phoners" try to mislead you into ordering supplies you do not need at outrageously inflated prices.
If you are a customer of Yuma Office Equipment, please be aware of the following types of calls:
- A friendly caller that avoids giving a firm's name ("Hi, this is Eric from customer service and .....)
- Callers that demand you take action that same day ("You must act NOW to get these low prices")
- Callers unwilling to leave a telephone number so you can call them back - usually the caller immediately hangs up.
If you are unsure about questionable solicitation calls, please ask for a telephone number to return their call, and contact us immediately (343-2298). We will be more than happy to assist you in determining the caller's validity.
Sincerely,
Daniel Bombard
